PATRICK SHIN specializes in the areas of Individual and Business Tax
Planning and Trusts and Estates Administration. He counsels high
net worth individuals with entrepreneurial businesses in the use of tax
saving vehicles, while implementing the client's goals. He regularly
meets with members of the financial industry and lectures on new tax developments
and tax-savvy strategies. His extensive academic background combined
with his prior experience in business and complex litigation has proven

MICHELLE LEE began her career as
the Program Director of the Multicultural Resource
Center for the Student Life and Services Department at
Oberlin College.
There, she oversaw the development of various
student programs which ranged from educational
conferences and seminars to social and political
awareness movements. Ms. Lee also
served as a resource for minority student communities
and first generation college
students.
After Oberlin, Ms. Lee pursued
her Juris Doctor degree at Rutgers School of Law in
Newark, New Jersey. While a student,
she served as Secretary of the Asian Pacific American
Law Students Association and interned at the domestic
violence shelter, Manavi, where she helped coordinate
their legal clinic. Ms. Lee also worked for the Lorain
County Reinvestment Coalition in Ohio, where she
researched cases of predatory lending by numerous local
mortgage companies. Ms. Lee also
served as a law clerk at the Small Claims Court in
Elyria, Ohio where she wrote decisions and final
adjudications under Magistrate Richard Schwartz. Ms. Lee was
active in the clinical program at Rutgers where she
spent a year working for the Child Advocacy Center
(CAC). As a
student attorney for the CAC, Ms. Lee represented
clients before the Administrative Law Judge regarding
child disability, supplemental security income
eligibility and special education
issues.
Upon graduation, Ms. Lee went on
to join the Benefits Department of Commerce Insurance
Services.
There, she specialized in Individual Products
such as Life Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance and
Disability Insurance. Ms. Lee joined
the Law Office of Patrick Shin in the summer of
2005.
Ms. Lee's diverse background and
experience in the insurance industry demonstrates her
ability to utilize her many talents. She is an asset
to the firm because she is able to find solutions to
complex issues while remaining loyal to client needs and
concerns.

Prior to attending
law school, SEAN CHOI worked for a large
telecommunications company, Korea Telecom Freetel (KTF),
in a management capacity in Korea. Mr. Choi
supervised the recruitment and education of newly
graduated candidates. He also managed
over 300 contract and temporary employees and engaged in
developing and operating company wide training
programs.
He was also actively involved in various special
projects such as amending and terminating agreements
with shareholder companies and outsourcing customer care
call centers.
During law school,
Mr. Choi worked at the Denver City Attorney's Office as
a law clerk.
He assisted city attorneys in matters of tax
fraud, use and sale taxes, bankruptcy, zoning, and
amending the municipal code. Working at the
city office familiarized Mr. Choi with practical
municipal taxation.
Mr. Choi joined the
Law Office of Patrick Shin in the summer of 2006. Mr. Choi's
academic background and profound experiences allow him
to be an immediate resource to the firm and
clients. He
is dedicated to keeping clients satisfied and believes
in life long relationships with his clients. Mr. Choi is
fluent in Korean and is an avid
snowboarder.
